Delivery & Returns
DELIVERY
We offer delivery in the UK only by standard Royal Mail post. Packing and postage costs are £3 for standard second class postage for up to a maximum of 6 hats Free postage is offered if you spend more than £50. If you need express delivery or other special requests please email sunbeamhats@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help where possible.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We are sure you will love your hats but, if for any reason your order does not meet your needs, then we offer a time-limited refund period. Please see the following steps:

1. You need to notify us emailing sunbeamhats@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order to tell us that you want to cancel. Please include your order number in the email.

2. You then have 14 days to return the item, it must be unused, tags still intact, and in perfect resale condition. Please include your order number in the package.

3. We will then process your refund once we have received the item. You will be required to pay the return postage charges, and the original postage costs will not be refunded. Items returned that qualified for free shipping will have a £3 processing fee deducted from the refund.
If the item is proven to be faulty, then we will process an exchange on your behalf and will also pay the necessary postage costs to replace the item.
